Agenda: Karen Maxwell, Master Gardener at Edison Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers, FL, will share her tips on growing caladiums and conditioning caladiums for lasting longer in floral displays. You don’t have to be a member of the garden club to attend. You are also invited to participate in their plant exchange that will be held during the event. To participate in the plant exchange, bring a cutting or plant with you.
Several ladies from the Poinciana Garden Club of Fort Myers make the trip to visit us here at Happiness Farms to purchase their caladiums each year. We are happy to help spread the word about their event! We would like to encourage you to make a day of the trip and visit the Edison and Ford Winter Estates while you’re in the area. Each year, the Edison and Ford Winter Estates plants caladiums around their grounds and often hosts events pertaining to caladiums.
